These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Gold Patrons, LLC(“Gold Patrons,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of goldpatrons.com and our services. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

These Terms include a binding arbitration provision and a class-action waiver (Section 12) that affect how disputes are resolved.

1. Our services

Gold Patrons is the parent of DeedLock(deed & title theft protection and recovery), SnapQual (soft mortgage pre-qualification tools), Property Terminal (real estate intelligence), and SBS (websites and lead generation for businesses). Some services are delivered through their own platforms and may have additional terms specific to them; where those conflict with these Terms for that service, the service-specific terms control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services.

3. Accounts

Some services require an account (for example, the DeedLock Portal). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Fees & billing

Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period (for example, monthly) until canceled, and you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal. One-time purchases (such as DeedLock Lifetime coverage) are billed once. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation & refunds

  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel a subscription at any time; for DeedLock, you can cancel in the DeedLock Portal. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
  • Identity-verified cancellation.Because reused passwords make account takeover common, canceling DeedLock is multi-factor protected and requires verifying your identity — so no one but you can shut off your protection. If that verification process extends past a billing date, we will refund that month's charge.
  • No refund for the current period. Except as stated below or where required by law, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, and partial-period refunds are not provided.
  • DeedLock Lifetime guarantee. DeedLock Lifetime coverage includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase; contact us within 30 days for a full refund of that purchase.
  • Duplicate DeedLock coverage. If you end up with DeedLock coverage on the same property from more than one vendor or source, contact contact@goldpatrons.com and we will refund the duplicate coverage.

6. Preferred vendors

We may connect you with independent, third-party “DeedLock Verified” vendors. We share your information with a vendor only with your consent. These vendors are not employees or agents of Gold Patrons, and we are not responsible for their services, advice, pricing, or conduct. Any agreement you enter with a vendor is between you and that vendor.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to:

  • access accounts or data that aren't yours, or breach security;
  • scrape, copy, or resell our content or data without permission;
  • use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes; or
  • interfere with or disrupt the services.

8. Intellectual property

The site and its content are owned by Gold Patrons or its licensors. Gold Patrons® and AI Title Surveillance® are registered trademarks, and DeedLock™ is a trademark, of Gold Patrons, LLC. You may not use our marks without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” DeedLock is a monitoring and recovery service — it is not title insurance and does not guarantee that fraud will not occur. Our services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, lending, appraisal, or investment advice. Please review our Disclaimers, which are incorporated into these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Patrons and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Patrons from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute resolution — arbitration & class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. You and Gold Patrons agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

Class-action waiver.You and Gold Patrons agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any permitted court action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
