This Privacy Policy explains how Gold Patrons, LLC(“Gold Patrons,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit goldpatrons.com or contact us. Gold Patrons is the parent of DeedLock, SnapQual, Property Terminal, and SBS (Small Business Services).
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Information you give us
When you submit a form or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number (if you provide it);
- Details you include in a request — such as your city or market, the type of deal or service you're interested in, and any message you write;
- For purchases, billing information processed by our payment provider (we do not store your full card number); and
- Account information if you create an account in the DeedLock Portal.
Information collected automatically
We currently do not use advertising or analytics cookies and do not track you across sites. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Policy first.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
- To process payments and manage your coverage or account;
- To connect you with a preferred vendor — only with your consent (see below);
- To operate, secure, and improve our services and prevent fraud; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
Preferred vendor connections
If you ask us to connect you with a DeedLock Verified vendor, we will share your contact details with the vendor we match you to only after you give your explicit consent(by checking the consent box on the form). We share only what's needed to make the introduction. Preferred vendors are independent third parties responsible for their own privacy practices.
How we share information
We share personal information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers who help us operate — for example, payment processing, email delivery, and website hosting — under obligations to protect it;
- Preferred vendors, only with your consent, as described above;
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, and safety; and
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
